Shipping policy
Standard shipping can take anywhere from 7–12 business days. If you do not receive your package after 12 days, please contact us at productmanager@hakuhawaii.com We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for any duty, import, or customs charges that you may incur. International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Haku Productions LLC. nor are they set by Haku Productions LLC, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS once shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
If any items arrive damaged, at no fault to the shipping and handling process, please contact us at productmanager@hakuhawaii.com and include your first/last name and order number in your message. This will expedite the support process. Item cost and/or shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
